Budget Kitchen Remodel: The goal of this project was to spruce up a 1950's kitchen that was functional, but dated, and never had a dishwasher. The plastic laminate countertops were replaced with granite,  cabinets were painted, and the cabinet to the right of the sink was rebuilt to make space for a Bosch compact dishwasher.
